Black and Tame is not responsible for any allergies. Please make sure you read all ingredients. We are a natural hair care company and all items are made to order handmade. We do not use any harsh sulfates, synthetic silicones or parabens. We are alcohol free.

Shipping: Black and Tame uses the shipping carrier USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to shipping carrier. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within 2–4 business days after processing.Please make sure all shipping information is correct. Once your order is placed we can not make any further changes.

Processing: Processing takes 1-3 business days. Tracking will be sent to the email on file once order is done processing.
